Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Processing time is separate from transit time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

For all other active destinations, estimated transit time after dispatch is 5–10 business days. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier, customs, weather, or other external delays.
Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
United States: $4.95 USD; free shipping on orders of $70 USD or more.
United Kingdom: £3.95 GBP; free shipping on orders of £55 GBP or more.
Canada: $5.95 CAD; free shipping on orders of $110 CAD or more.
Australia: $6.95 AUD; free shipping on orders of $120 AUD or more.
New Zealand: $6.95 NZD; free shipping on orders of $130 NZD or more.
For other active destinations, the final shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking and Address Accuracy
When tracking is available, tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected before dispatch.
