Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Processing time is separate from transit time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Transit Time
For the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, estimated transit time after dispatch is 5–7 business days. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier, customs, weather, or other external delays.

One-Time Purchase Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
United States: $4.95 USD; free shipping on orders of $68 USD or more, or on 4+ pairs under our existing US one-time purchase offer.
United Kingdom: £3.95 GBP; free shipping on orders of £42 GBP or more.
Canada: $5.95 CAD; free shipping on orders of $80 CAD or more.
Australia: $6.95 AUD; free shipping on orders of $80 AUD or more.
New Zealand: $6.95 NZD; free shipping on orders of $99 NZD or more.
Subscription Shipping
For these five countries, orders with 2 or more subscription pairs qualify for free shipping on the first shipment and recurring subscription shipments. A one-pair subscription pays the local standard shipping rate. Final shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking and Address Accuracy
When tracking is available, tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected before dispatch.

Import Charges
Import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply depending on the destination. These charges are determined by local authorities and may be payable by the customer where they are not collected at checkout.
